بعد از جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» در ایران که عبور از جمهوری اسلامی را به یک گفتمان غالب در ایران تبدیل کرده، شبکههای بزرگی از اعضای جامعه مدنی و دانشگاهی در داخل و خارج ایران شکل گرفته است که به دنبال نقشهراه برای آینده ایران است. مجموعه حقوقی پارسیلا برای تامین اهداف انسانی و مشترک و تدوین برنامههای ناظر به آیندهی ایرانِ آزاد و دموکراتیک، با این نهادها همکاری نزدیک و تخصصی دارد.
After the “Woman, Life, Freedom” movement in Iran, which has brought to the forefront the idea of transitioning beyond the Islamic Republic, many large networks of civil society members and university students have emerged seeking a roadmap for the country’s future. The Parsi Law group is conducting close and specialized collaborations with several of these organizations in order to achieve common goals in the area of human rights and to draft plans for a future free and democratic Iran.
مجموعه حقوقی وکیلالرعایا
وکیلالرعایا که حدود ۲۵ سال پیش، در قالب یک تیم از روزنامهنگاران حقوقی کارش را در مطبوعات ایران آغاز کرده بود، بعدها و همزمان با فعالیتهای مدنی و رسانهای، به عنوان یک مجموعه حقوقی و وکالتی در سال ۱۳۸۷ خورشیدی در ایران به ثبت رسیده است. این مجموعه اکنون با همکاری مستمر بیش از بیست وکیل دادگستری در سراسر ایران، وکالت در پرونده های قضایی را به صورت تخصصی، و فرهنگ حقوقی را با آموزش همگانی دنبال می کند.
از جمله خدمات حقوقی وکیلالرعایا در ایران در هر دو حوزهی خصوصی و عمومی عبارتند از: طرح دعاوی در کلیه مراجع قضایی، دفاع در قبال کلیه دعاوی اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی و نیز نهادها و شرکتهای خارجی در دادگاههای ایران، تهیه و تنظیم قراردادهای داخلی و بینالمللی و نیز ارائه خدمات داوری.
مجموعه حقوقی وکیلالرعایا آن دسته از آرای قضایی که مغایر با قوانین داخلی و بینالمللی، عدالت و انصاف و یا اوضاع و احوال پروندههای قضایی صادر شده باشد را در کنار مباحث روز حقوقی و قضایی کشور، به صورت مستمر از طریق پارسیلا و شبکههای مرتبط با آن در میان وکلا و حقوقدانان، نقد و بررسی کرده و به منظور ارائه تحلیل جهت آگاهی عمومی، مستندسازی و ثبت و ضبط میکند.
Vakilroaya Legal Collection
Vakilroaya (People’s Lawyer), which started its work in the Iranian press around 1998 as a team of legal journalists, was later registered as a legal and advocacy group in 2008, concurrent with civil and media activities. Today the group, with the continuous cooperation of more than 20 lawyers throughout Iran, pursues advocacy in court cases in a specialized manner, and promotes legal culture with public education.
Vakilroaya’s legal services in Iran, in private and public areas, include: filing lawsuits in all judicial authorities, defending all kinds of lawsuits involving Iranian and foreign individuals, companies or institutions in the courts, preparing and regulating domestic and international contracts, as well as providing arbitration services.
Vakilroaya law firm regularly evaluates and analyzes judicial decisions that are contrary to domestic and international laws of justice and fairness, along with legal and judicial discourses in Iran, through Parsi Law and its related networks of lawyers and jurists, and documents and records them in order to provide analysis for public awareness.
کنگره آزادی ایران
«کنگره آزادی ایران» یک ابتکار مدنی و شبکهای از کنشگران، شخصیتهای دانشگاهی، فعالان سیاسی و نمایندگان جریانهای مختلف فکری ایرانی است که با هدف ایجاد فضایی برای گفتوگو، همافزایی و بررسی راهکارهای گذار مسالمتآمیز به نظمی دموکراتیک در ایران شکل گرفته است. این کنگره میکوشد بستری برای تبادل نظر میان دیدگاههای متنوع فراهم کند و از طریق گفتوگوهای ساختارمند، به شناسایی نقاط اشتراک و بررسی اختلافنظرها در مسیر آینده ایران بپردازد.
کنگره آزادی ایران با مشارکت طیفی از فعالان مدنی و سیاسی در داخل و خارج کشور شکل گرفته و بر اصولی همچون احترام به تکثر دیدگاهها، پذیرش حق مشارکت و اظهار نظر برای همه جریانهای دموکراسیخواه، و تلاش برای تقویت همکاری میان نیروهای مدنی و سیاسی تاکید دارد. هدف این ابتکار فراهم کردن فضایی برای گفتوگوی مسئولانه درباره چالشهای پیشروی جامعه ایران، از جمله گذار دموکراتیک، مسئولیتپذیری، حاکمیت قانون و آینده نظم سیاسی کشور است.
پارسیلا با همراهی شبکه وکلای «یککلمه»، در چارچوب شبکههای مدنی و پژوهشی مرتبط با کنگره، در قالب گفتوگوی ملی و تلاشهای فکری و عملی مرتبط با مسائل حقوقی دوران گذار، عدالت انتقالی، حاکمیت قانون و دموکراسیسازی مشارکت دارد.
Iran Freedom Congress | IFC
The Iran Freedom Congress is a civic initiative and network bringing together Iranian civil society actors, academics, political activists, and representatives of diverse intellectual and political perspectives. It was formed to create a platform for dialogue, cooperation, and collective reflection on peaceful pathways toward a democratic order in Iran. Through structured discussions, the Congress seeks to facilitate exchanges among diverse viewpoints, identify areas of convergence, and explore differences in perspectives regarding Iran’s future.
The Iran Freedom Congress has emerged through the participation of a wide range of civic and political actors both inside and outside Iran. It emphasizes principles such as respect for pluralism, recognition of the right of all pro-democracy voices to participate and express their views, and the strengthening of cooperation among civic and political forces. The initiative aims to encourage responsible dialogue on the challenges facing Iranian society, including democratic transition, accountability, the rule of law, and the future political order of the country.
The Parsi Law Collective (PLC), together with the 1Kalameh Lawyers Network, participates within the broader civic and research networks connected to the Congress, contributing to national dialogue and intellectual as well as practical efforts related to legal aspects of political transition, transitional justice, the rule of law, and democratization.
مجموعه حقوقی کافیلا
كافيلا مجموعهای حقوقی است كه سه تن از وکلا و نویسندگان ایرانی آن را با هدف تهیه و تدوین «تاریخ شفاهی وکالت در ایران» ایجاد کردهاند.
مجموعه حقوقی کافیلا بعد از مدتها تحقیق و پژوهش، سرانجام در ارديبهشت ۱۳۹۸ خورشیدی و از طریق تشکیل جلسات گفتگوی مستمر با سه نسل از وکلای دادگستری در ایران، پروژه ثبت و ضبط شنیداری و دیداری و نوشتاریِ «تاریخ شفاهی وکالت در ایران» را آغاز کرده است.
همزمان با انتشار بخشهایی از این گفتگوهای تفصیلی در مجله کانون وکلا و انتشار ویدیوهایی کوتاه از آن در شبکههای اجتماعی کافیلا، جلد نخستِ «تاریخ شفاهی وکالت در ایران» از سوی انتشارات ثالث منتشر شده که اکنون در آستانه چاپ سوم قرار دارد.
عباس ایمانی، سعید دهقان و علی صابری به عنوان موسسان و مدیران مجموعه حقوقی کافیلا، سه وکیل و نویسندهای هستند که پروژه «تاریخ شفاهی وکالت در ایران» را به صورت مستقل اداره و اجرا میکنند.
CoffeeLaw Legal Collection
Coffee Law is a legal group created by three Iranian lawyers and writers with the goal of preparing and editing the oral history of lawyers in Iran.
After a long period of research and assessment, Coffee Law Legal Group finally began the audio-visual recording and transcription of the Iranian Lawyers Oral History project in May 2019 by organizing extended conversations with three generations of lawyers in Iran.
Simultaneous with the publication of parts of these detailed discussions in the Iranian Bar Association’s magazine, as well as posting short videos of them on Coffee Law’s social platforms, the first volume of Iranian Lawyers Oral History has been printed by Sales Publishers, and is about to enter its third edition.
As co-founders and managers of Coffee Law Legal Group, Abbas Imani, Saeid Dehghan and Ali Saberi are three lawyers and writers who independently manage and implement the Iranian Lawyers Oral History project.
