Parsi Law's legal team operates through two distinct groups, working collaboratively both within and outside Iran under centralized management to achieve common objectives and initiatives.
The first group comprises 10 professional human rights lawyers based in various provinces within Iran, including Kurdistan, Sistan and Baluchistan, Khuzestan, Isfahan, Azerbaijan, Fars, Khorasan, Tehran, Alborz, Mazandaran, and Gilan. In addition to offering legal consultations and providing in-person defense in Iranian courts, they actively contribute to Parsi Law's documentation efforts and the training of legal professionals, passing on their extensive experience to aspiring human rights advocates.
The second group consists of 10 professional human rights lawyers located in North America, Europe, and Oceania. While engaging in international collaborations and specializing in their respective countries, they play a vital role in producing practical educational content, translating materials, conducting research, comparative studies, and working on national and international case files. Their contributions also extend to facilitating the free dissemination of information to the general public and civil society.
Within Iran
Given the substantial number of citizen demands, ongoing judicial inquiries handled by our legal associates, and the efforts of protesters seeking justice in various Iranian provinces, Parsi Law's legal team has launched initiatives in specific regions. Expanding our operations to other areas in Iran will be determined based on the requirements of citizens, individuals seeking justice, and the collaborative efforts of our colleagues.

در حال حاضر، با توجه به مطالبات حقوقی شهروندان و پیگیریهای قضایی همکاران در کنار دادخواهان و معترضان در مناطق کردستان، سیستان و بلوچستان، خوزستان، اصفهان، آذربایجان، فارس، خراسان، تهران، البرز و شمال ایران، مجموعه حقوقی پارسیلا با همفکری، همراهی و همکاری شبکه وکلای ایرانی، فعالیتهای خود را در این مناطق شروع کرده است. بدیهی است که فعالیت در سایر مناطق سرزمین بزرگ ایران، بر اساس اعلام نیاز شهروندان، دادخواهان و همکاران خواهد بود.
Beyond Iran
The Iranian diaspora, coupled with the persistent trend of forced migrations and asylum claims arising from the denial of Iranians' right to life in their homeland, has presented new legal challenges in host nations and complexities regarding legal matters within Iran. Parsi Law, in professional collaboration with a network of lawyers from across the globe, is committed to addressing these evolving legal and judicial concerns.
Certainly, the number of collaborating Iranian lawyers in host countries (currently totaling 10 lawyers across five continents) will expand based on the expressed needs of Iranian and non-Iranian individuals, as well as the willingness of new partners.
بیرون ایران
جمعیت بالای دیاسپورای ایرانی و ادامه روند کوچهای اجباری یا پناهندگیهای ناشی از سلب حق زندگی ایرانیان در سرزمین مادری، از یک سو آنها را در کشور میزبان با مطالبات حقوقی تازهای مواجه کرده و از سوی دیگر، مسائل قضاییشان در ایران را با پیچیدگیهایی همراه کرده است. مجموعه حقوقی پارسیلا با همکاری حرفهای شبکه وکلای ایرانی در داخل کشور و چهارگوشه جهان، از کانادا و اروپا و آسیا تا آمریکا و اقیانوسیه، تلاش میکند که پاسخگوی این نیازها و مسائل حقوقی و قضایی باشد. بدیهی است تعداد وکلای ایرانیِ همکار در کشورهای میزبان (ده وکیل در پنج قاره) بر اساس اعلام نیاز شهروندان ایرانی یا خارجی و با اعلام آمادگی همکاران جدید، افزایش خواهد یافت.
Saeid Dehghan
Founder and Director
Parsi Law Collective is led by Saeid Dehghan, an Iranian human rights lawyer, author and educator. He is a member of the Iranian Bar Association and the International Association of Lawyers, and has represented many Iranian citizens, dual nationals, and non-Iranians in complex political cases in the courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Recently, due to increased pressures and threats from Islamic Republic authorities, Dehghan was forced to leave Iran and is now residing in Toronto, Canada. He continues his human rights activities by advising citizens, especially protesters and activists, and consulting with international organizations to assist the Iranian people. Dehghan, who is also responsible for managing the Iran Human Rights Oral History project, has authored books in areas of public law and citizenship, such as From the Heart of Society and Us and Ourselves. To date, he has taught numerous courses for many citizens, activists, as well as for various civil and professional associations, including by providing specialized training in human rights, civil rights, criminal procedure, case management, and negotiations.

سعید دهقان
موسس و رئیس هیات مدیره
سعید دهقان، نویسنده و وکیل حقوق بشر ایرانی است. او که عضو کانون وکلای ایران و عضو اتحادیه بینالمللی وکلاست، در بسیاری از پروندههای مهم سیاسی، وکالت شهروندان ایرانی، دوتابعیتی و یا شهروندان خارجی را در مراجع قضایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر عهده داشته است. اخیرا و در پی تشدید فشارها و تهدیدهای مقامات حکومتی و پروندهسازیهای امنیتی علیه این وکیل حقوق بشری، او مجبور به ترک ایران شده است. دهقان که اکنون در تورنتو-کاناداست، با وجود کوچ اجباری، با تاسیس موسسه حقوقی-بینالمللی «پارسیلا» همچنان به فعالیتهای حقوق بشری خود از طریق مشاوره به نهادهای بینالمللی برای کمک به مردم ایران و مشاوره به شهروندان ایرانی بویژه دادخواهان ادامه میدهد. او که مدیریت پروژه تاریخ شفاهی حقوق بشر در ایران را نیز بر عهده دارد، به عنوان نویسنده کتابهایی در حوزه حقوق برای همه و حقوق شهروندی مانند «از دل جامعه» و «ما و ما»، تاکنون برای بسیاری از شهروندان، دادخواهان و همچنین گروهها و انجمنهای مدنی و صنفی، دورههای متعددی از جمله آموزش تخصصی حقوق بشر، حقوق شهروندی، آزادی انجمنها، آیین دادرسی کیفری، مدیریت پروندهها و مذاکرات را برگزار کرده است.

Mohammad Olyaeifard
Member of the board
& Iranian Law Expert
Lawyer, writer, and a member of the Central Bar Association of Iran and the International Bar Association, Mohammad Oliaei-Fard has dedicated his career to defending political, civil, student, and labor activists, as well as advocating for the rights of ethnic and religious minorities and juveniles facing the death penalty. Among his notable cases are those related to the Al-Yasin spiritual group, the Haft-Tappeh sugarcane workers, and juvenile offender Behnoud Shojaee.
In addition to his legal practice, Oliaei-Fard has published numerous legal articles in Iranian newspapers and international media. He has collaborated with prominent human rights organizations, including the Defenders of Human Rights Center, Justice for Iran, 6Rang, Iran Human Rights, the Safe House Institute, Tavaana, and the International Center for Human Rights in Canada. He was also a founding member and spokesperson for the Human Rights Advocates Lawyers’ Center for two years.
As an expert in Iranian law, Oliaei-Fard has provided legal opinions in courts in Canada, Norway, and Australia and served as a key legal expert in the case of Hamid Nouri in Sweden. His collaborations extend to international organizations such as UNICEF, Amnesty International, and the UNHCR.
In 2009, he was arrested and sentenced to one year in prison for protesting the execution of juveniles under the age of 18. Following his release, he migrated to Canada, where he received the International Center for Human Rights in Canada's award in 2015. As a founding member of the Council of Iranian Lawyers and Jurists, he continues to contribute to legal discourse as a producer of legal programs for IranWire.
محمد اولیاییفرد

محمد اولیاییفرد، وکیل، نویسنده، عضو کانون وکلای مرکز و اتحادیه بینالمللی وکلا است. او در سال ۱۳۴۵ در تهران متولد شد و در سال ۱۳۷۸ پروانه وکالت خود را دریافت کرد. اولیاییفرد وکالت بسیاری از فعالان سیاسی، مدنی، دانشجویی و کارگری را بر عهده داشته و همچنین از حقوق اقلیتهای قومی و مذهبی و نوجوانان محکوم به اعدام دفاع کرده است. از جمله پروندههای برجسته او میتوان به پرونده گروه معنوی آلیاسین، نیشکر هفتتپه و بهنود شجاعی اشاره کرد.
او که علاوه بر وکالت، مقالات حقوقی متعددی در روزنامههای ایران و رسانههای بینالمللی منتشر کرده، سابقه همکاری با سازمانهای حقوق بشری از جمله کانون مدافعان حقوق بشر، عدالت برای ایران، ششرنگ، سازمان حقوق بشر ایران، موسسه خانه امن، توانا و مرکز بین المللی حقوق بشر کانادا را داشته و از اعضای موسس وکلای مرکز حامیان حقوق بشر و سخنگوی این سازمان برای مدت ۲ سال بوده است.
اولیاییفرد همچنین کارشناس قوانین ایران در دادگاههای کانادا، نروژ، استرالیا و کارشناس پرونده «حمید نوری» در دادگاه سوئد بوده و با سازمانهایی مانند یونیسف، عفو بینالملل و کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل نیز همکاری داشته است.
او که در سال ۱۳۸۸ به دلیل اعتراض به صدور احکام اعدام برای نوجوانان زیر ۱۸ سال، دستگیر و به یک سال زندان محکوم شده بود، پس از آزادی، به کانادا مهاجرت کرد در سال ۲۰۱۵ جایزه مرکز بینالمللی حقوق بشر کانادا را دریافت کرده است. اولیاییفرد که یکی از اعضای موسسِ شورای وکلا و حقوقدانان ایرانی است هماکنون تهیهکننده برنامههای حقوقی در ایرانوایر است.
Nazli Sedghi
Constitutional Law Researcher & Democratic Governance Specialist
Nazli Sedghi is a lawyer, educator, researcher, and women’s rights activist. She began her professional career in Iran in 2010 and continued working until 2024 in the fields of women’s rights, public law, and foreign investment. Over the years, she has collaborated with institutions such as the Municipality of Mashhad, the Consulate of Iraq in Mashhad, the Iran-Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce, and the international organization FHI360.With teaching experience at universities and having trained more than 400 participants in international courses on constitutional law in transitional periods, Sedghi brings a combined background in fieldwork and legal education. Currently based in Canada, she has also served as a board member of SAOURA Women’s Legal Center in Iran, where she played an active role in legally empowering women at risk of violence by providing legal consultation and support.
نازلی صدقی
پژوهشگر حقوق اساسی و
متخصص حکمرانی دموکراتیک
نازلی صدقی، وکیل، مدرس و پژوهشگر و کنشگر حقوق زنان است. او که فعالیت حرفهای خود را از سال ۲۰۱۰ در ایران آغاز کرده و تا سال ۲۰۲۴ در حوزههای حقوق زنان، حقوق عمومی و سرمایهگذاری خارجی فعالیت داشته است، سابقه همکاری با نهادهایی چون شهرداری مشهد، کنسولگری عراق در مشهد، اتاق بازرگانی ایران-افغانستان، و همچنین سازمان بینالمللی FHI360 را دارد.صدقی با تدریس در دانشگاهها و همچنین آموزش بیش از ۴۰۰ نفر در دورههای بینالمللی قانون اساسی در دوران گذار، تجربهای تلفیقی از کار میدانی و آموزشی دارد. او که در حال حاضر در کانادا زندگی میکند، از اعضای هیئتمدیره مرکز حقوقی زنان «سَورا» در ایران بوده که با ارائه مشاوره حقوقی به زنان در معرض خشونت، نقش فعالی در توانمندسازی حقوقی زنان داشته است.
Behnam Daraeizadeh
Human Rights and Educational Projects Manager
Behnam Daraeizadeh is an Iranian Canadian human rights lawyer, researcher, and a senior journalist at the @1KALAMEH. He holds a master’s degree in international human rights law and has completed a specialized human rights program at the University of Lyon in France.
Before leaving Iran, he practiced as a human rights lawyer, focusing on the rights of political prisoners, particularly opposition students, labor activists, and other dissidents within Iran’s Revolutionary Courts.
His research and legal work span a wide range of human rights issues, including economic and social rights, labor rights, structural inequalities, truth and justice mechanisms, and accountability processes.
Since 2009, Daraeizadeh has collaborated with various media outlets and human rights organizations to document state repression, judicial injustices, and the use of capital punishment as a tool for socio-political suppression. His research and articles primarily address issues related to second-generation human rights, LGBTQ+ rights, minority rights, environmental justice, and the impact of economic policies on human rights violations.
Behnam Daraeizadeh has also actively engaged in and contributed to human rights education and capacity-building initiatives, advocating for the integration of human rights principles, equality, non-discrimination, and social justice into governance frameworks.
بهنام داراییزاده
مدیر پروژهای حقوق بشری-آموزشی
بهنام داراییزاده، وکیل، نویسنده، عضو کانون وکلای مرکز، روزنامهنگار و پژوهشگر ارشد در مجموعه «یککلمه» است. او دانشآموخته کارشناسی ارشد حقوق بشر است و یک دوره تخصصی حقوق بینالملل بشر را نیز در دانشگاه لیون فرانسه گذرانده است. داراییزاده، پیش از خروج از ایران، به عنوان وکیل حقوق بشر فعالیت میکرد و از حق دفاع متهمان سیاسی، بهویژه دانشجویان معترض، فعالان کارگری و دیگر قربانیان «محاکم انقلاب» جمهوری اسلامی حمایت و وکالت آنها را بر عهده داشت.
پژوهشها و فعالیتهای حقوقی او شامل طیف گستردهای از مسائل حقوق بشر است؛ از جمله حقوق اقتصادی و اجتماعی، حقوق کار، نابرابریهای ساختاری، سازوکارهای دادخواهی و پاسخگو کردن عاملان نقض حقوق بشر. از سال ۱۳۸۸، داراییزاده با همکاری رسانهها و سازمانهای حقوق بشری به مستندسازی سرکوب حکومتی، بیعدالتیهای قضایی و استفاده از مجازات اعدام بهعنوان ابزاری برای سرکوب اجتماعی-سیاسی پرداخته است. پژوهشها و مقالات او عمدتاً بر موضوعهای مرتبط با نسل دوم حقوق بشر،حقوق +LGBTQ، حقوق اقلیتها، عدالت زیستمحیطی و تأثیر سیاستهای اقتصادی بر نقض حقوق بشر متمرکز است.
بهنام داراییزاده همچنین در پروژههای مرتبط با آموزش و ظرفیتسازی حقوق بشر مشارکت داشته و بر رویکردهای مبتنی بر حقوق بشر، برابری، رفع تبعیضها و عدالت اجتماعی در حکمرانی تأکید دارد.
Majedeh Bozorgi
Gender Justice & Transitional Justice Researcher
Majedeh Bozorgi is a human rights researcher and PhD candidate at the University of Salamanca, Spain, specializing in Administration, Finance, and Justice in the Social State. Her research focuses on human rights, gender equality, procedural law, and transitional justice, with particular attention to women's rights and the impact of legal systems on vulnerable groups. Majedeh currently serves as Secretary of the Iranian Association for Human Rights in Spain and has contributed to several international research projects on gender equality and social justice at European universities. Her academic work explores the intersections of law, technology, public health systems, and human rights, including the role of artificial intelligence in healthcare and the protection of elderly and marginalized populations. She has published and presented widely in international conferences and academic journals on topics including women’s rights, gender justice, procedural law, corruption in public systems, and transitional justice. Her work has been presented at universities and international conferences across Europe and Latin America. Majedeh holds advanced research experience and actively contributes to academic and policy discussions on human rights and social justice. She speaks Persian, English, and Spanish.

ماجده بزرگی پژوهشگر عدالت جنسیتی و عدالت انتقالی ماجده بزرگی پژوهشگر حقوق بشر و دانشجوی دکترای دانشگاه سالامانکا در اسپانیا در رشته «اداره، مالیه و عدالت در دولت اجتماعی» است. حوزههای پژوهشی او شامل حقوق بشر، برابری جنسیتی، آیین دادرسی و عدالت انتقالی با تمرکز ویژه بر حقوق زنان و تأثیر نظامهای حقوقی بر گروههای آسیبپذیر است. او در حال حاضر دبیر انجمن ایرانی حقوق بشر در اسپانیا است و در چندین پروژه پژوهشی بینالمللی در حوزه برابری جنسیتی و عدالت اجتماعی در دانشگاههای اروپایی مشارکت داشته است. پژوهشهای او بر تقاطع حقوق، فناوری، نظامهای سلامت و حقوق بشر متمرکز است؛ از جمله بررسی پیامدهای استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در نظام سلامت و حمایت از سالمندان و گروههای آسیبپذیر. مجده در کنفرانسها و مجلات علمی بینالمللی در موضوعاتی همچون حقوق زنان، عدالت جنسیتی، آیین دادرسی، فساد در نظامهای عمومی و عدالت انتقالی مقالات و ارائههای متعددی داشته است و پژوهشهای او در دانشگاهها و نشستهای علمی در اروپا و آمریکای لاتین ارائه شده است. او به زبانهای فارسی، انگلیسی و اسپانیایی مسلط است.
NIMA POYAN
Human Rights Advocacy & Researcher
Nima is a human rights researcher and a postgraduate student in law at the London
School of Economics (LSE) with over four years of experience dealing with forced
migration. Before joining Parsi Law Collective as the International Coordinator, he
assisted hundreds of refugees resettle in Canada and continues to advocate for their
rights through various non-profit organizations. His experience extends to organizations.
in partnership with the Canadian government as well as private professional legal firms
in Toronto.
Previously, Nima studied for an IT degree at Sharif University and holds a Bachelor of
Law degree from the University of Essex and a Master of Law from Osgoode Hall Law
School. Aside from his degrees, Nima keeps himself up-to-date with current human
rights issues and educates the public through various channels, including 1Kalameh.
Recently, Nima received the David Turton Award from the Refugee Studies Centre at the University of Oxford and has submitted multiple pieces on international law for
publishing.

نـیما پویان یک محقق حقوق بشـر و دانـشجوی کـارشـناسـی ارشـد حـقوق در دانـشگاه اقـتصاد و عـلوم سـیاسـی لـندن (LSE) است که با بــیش از چهار سال تجربه در زمـینه مهاجـرت اجـباری بــه عـنوان مــسئول روابــط بــینالمــلل در Parsi Law Collective فعالیت میکند. پــیش از پـیوستن بــه مجموعه حـقوقی پــارسـیلا، او بــه صدها پناهنده برای اسکان مجدد در کانادا کمک کرده و همچنان از حـقوق آنها از طریق سـازمانهای غیرانـتفاعـی مـختلف حمایــت مـیکند. تجربــه او شــامــل همکاری با سازمـانهایی در همکاری بــا دولــت کــانــادا و هـمچنین شـرکــتهـای حـقوقی حرفـهای خــصوصی در تورنتو میشود.

Mona Hadisi
International Programs & Partnerships Coordinator
Mona Hadisi is the International Programs & Partnerships Coordinator at the Parsi Law Collective (PLC). She brings more than a decade of experience working with international organizations, particularly within the United Nations system and global civil society networks. Before joining PLC, Mona worked with several UN agencies and international organizations including UNHCR, UNODC, UNESCO, UNAIDS, and ARTICLE 19, where she contributed to projects related to refugee protection, human rights, governance, and civil society engagement. Her work has involved coordinating international programs, supporting advocacy initiatives, managing partnerships, and facilitating collaboration between NGOs, policy institutions, and international mechanisms. At PLC, Mona leads efforts to expand international partnerships, coordinate cross-border collaborations, and support global advocacy initiatives related to human rights accountability, international justice, and transitional justice. She also works closely with international media, policy stakeholders, and UN mechanisms to strengthen PLC’s global engagement. Mona holds a Master’s degree in Theoretical Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tehran. She speaks Persian, English, Dari (intermediate), and Arabic (basic).

و همکاریهای بینالمللی
منا حدیثی هماهنگکننده برنامهها و مشارکتهای بینالمللی در مؤسسه حقوقی پارسیلا (PLC) است و بیش از یک دهه تجربه همکاری با سازمانهای بینالمللی، بهویژه در چارچوب نظام سازمان ملل و شبکههای جامعه مدنی جهانی دارد. پیش از پیوستن به پارسیلا، او با چندین نهاد بینالمللی از جمله کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل (UNHCR)، دفتر مقابله با مواد مخدر و جرم سازمان ملل (UNODC)، یونسکو (UNESCO)، برنامه مشترک سازمان ملل در زمینه ایدز (UNAIDS) و سازمان ARTICLE 19 همکاری داشته است. فعالیتهای او شامل مدیریت و هماهنگی برنامههای بینالمللی، حمایت از ابتکارهای دادخواهی حقوق بشری، توسعه همکاریهای بینسازمانی و تسهیل ارتباط میان نهادهای مدنی، سیاستگذاران و سازوکارهای بینالمللی بوده است. در پارسیلا، منا مسئول توسعه همکاریهای بینالمللی، هماهنگی پروژههای فرامرزی و پشتیبانی از ابتکارهای جهانی در حوزه پاسخگویی حقوق بشری، عدالت بینالمللی و عدالت انتقالی است. او همچنین در تعامل با رسانههای بینالمللی، نهادهای سیاستگذاری و سازوکارهای سازمان ملل برای تقویت حضور جهانی پارسیلا نقش فعال دارد. منا دارای کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد اقتصاد سیاسی است و به زبانهای فارسی، انگلیسی، دری و عربی تسلط دارد.
