Guided by prominent human rights lawyer Saeid Dehghan, Parsi Law collaborates with 10 Iranian lawyers worldwide and 10 lawyers within Iran. We offer legal guidance to Iranians, both domestically and in the diaspora, as well as foreign individuals navigating the complexities of the Islamic Republic's judicial system.
We consider it our civil and professional duty to provide consultations on human rights cases, conduct practical training courses for defending human rights within Iran's legal framework, participate in joint legal and research initiatives with civil organizations and legal centers, craft crucial legal documents in preparation for a future free Iran, document the history of human rights in the country, and assist international organizations, including UN bodies, in the promotion of human rights in Iran.
تاریخ شفاهی وکالت در ایران
ثبت «تاریخ شفاهی وکالت در ایران» از طریق گفتگو با سه نسل از وکلای دادگستری، با تمرکز بر رویکرد و کارکرد وکالت در ایران آغاز شده است. این پروژه در مجموعه حقوقی «كافيلا» در ایران تعریف شده و جلد نخست آن که به نسل اول وکلا اختصاص داشت و نشر «ثالث» در ایران منتشر کرده، اکنون در آستانه چاپ سوم قرار دارد.
ORAL HISTORY OF LEGAL PROFESSION IN IRAN
The Iran Legal Profession Oral History project is recording conversations with three generations of lawyers, focusing on the approach and function of the legal profession in Iran. This project is carried out and prepared for publication by the “CoffeeLaw” law firm in Iran. Volume 1 of this collection, which is focused on the first generation of lawyers, has been published by the Sales Publishing House in Iran and is on the verge of its third print, while Volume 2 is near publication.

۳ | بعضی از شهروندان خارجی، با وجود اخطارهای متعدد دولت‌های متبوع‌شان همچنان به ایران سفر می‌کنند که بنا بر سوابق، چه پژوهشگر باشند و چه گردشگر، همواره در معرض خطر دستگیری و پرونده‌سازی از سوی جمهوری اسلامی قرار دارند و نیاز به مشاوره تخصصی و دفاع حقوقی دارند.

1 | Iran's legal system, with its intricate regulations and a judiciary that often adheres to conflicting procedures instead of following the laws of the land, can and does affect the professional and daily life of both Iranians and non-Iranians, as well as the activities of domestic or foreign entities and organizations, directly or indirectly.
4 | Many new lawyers, despite being aware that the judicial process in Iran is a virtual minefield, intend to join the ranks of lawyers defending human rights. By producing professional content and offering applied training courses for these young lawyers, Parsi Law aims to transfer the experiences of seasoned lawyers to these new lawyers.
۲ | حدود هشت میلیون دیاسپورای ایرانی که به دلایل مختلف در خارج از کشور زندگی می‌کنند با یک‌سری مسائل حقوقی و قضایی در ایران مواجه هستند که برای حل و فصل آن از نظر تخصصی، به مشورت برای اقدام حقوقی، تدارک دفاع برای دعاوی احتمالی و طرح شکایت از اشخاص حقیقی یا حقوقی، نیاز دارند.
۵ | رسیدن به عدالت، آزادی و دموکراسی در ایران، علاوه بر ارزیابی گذشته و ثبت تاریخ حقوق بشر در ایران، نیازمند بازبینی و ارائه لیست قوانین ضد حقوق بشر جهت لغو، تمهید مقدمات عدالت انتقالی و تولید محتوای تازه با مطالعات تطبیقی برای تدوین اسناد حقوقی در سطح ملی است.
2 | There are approximately eight million Iranians living outside the country, who may face complicated legal and judicial issues in Iran. To resolve these issues, they will need expert and professional consultation to take the necessary legal steps, prepare for potential lawsuits, and file complaints against the relevant persons or companies.
5 | Achieving justice, freedom, and democracy in Iran, requires not only an examination of the history of human rights in the country, but also a review of laws that violate human rights and should therefore be marked for abolition. This process lays the groundwork for transitional justice, and the drafting of national legal documents for a future, free Iran.
۱ | حقوق ایران با آن مقررات پیچیده و نیز قوه قضاییه‌ای که اغلب بجای قوانین، از رویه‌های متناقض و سلیقه‌های متفاوت تبعیت می‌کند، عملاً با کار و زندگی هر شهروند ایرانی یا غیر ایرانی و فعالیت‌های هر نهاد یا سازمان داخلی یا خارجی، مرتبط بوده یا خواهد بود؛ چه مستقیم، چه غیرمستقیم.
۴ | بسیاری از وکلای جوان با وجود آگاهی از موانع وکالت در ایران که همچون راه رفتن در میدان مین شده است، قصد دارند به جرگه وکلای حقوق بشری بپیوندند. پارسیلا با برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی-کاربردی برای این گروه از وکلا، می‌خواهد انتقال تجربه از وکلای حرفه‌ای به وکلای جوان را همچون دو امدادی جهت دفاع از هموطنانِ تحت ظلم و تبعیض به سرانجام برساند.
3 | Some foreigners, despite numerous warnings from their respective governments, still travel to Iran. Based on past incidents, whether they are researchers or tourists, they are always at risk of arrest and prosecution. When and if that happens, they will need specialized consultation and legal defense.
6 | In support of the civil-political movements of the Iranian people, and in collaboration with specialized institutions, civil and human rights organizations, and UN bodies, including the Human Rights Council and the Fact-Finding Mission on Iran, Parsi Law translates and analyzes existing documents, records, and evidence relating to the judicial system of the Islamic Republic.

كافيلا مجموعه‌ای حقوقی است كه سه تن از وکلا و نویسندگان ایرانی آن را با هدف تهیه و تدوین «تاریخ شفاهی وکالت در ایران» ایجاد کرده‌اند.
مجموعه حقوقی کافیلا بعد از مدت‌ها تحقیق و پژوهش، سرانجام در ارديبهشت ۱۳۹۸ خورشیدی و از طریق تشکیل جلسات گفتگوی مستمر با سه نسل از وکلای دادگستری در ایران، پروژه ثبت و ضبط شنیداری و دیداری و نوشتاریِ «تاریخ شفاهی وکالت در ایران» را آغاز کرده است.
CoffeeLaw Legal Collection
Coffee Law is a legal group created by three Iranian lawyers and writers with the goal of preparing and editing the oral history of lawyers in Iran.
After a long period of research and assessment, Coffee Law Legal Group finally began the audio-visual recording and transcription of the Iranian Lawyers Oral History project in May 2019 by organizing extended conversations with three generations of lawyers in Iran.
شورای وکلا و حقوقدانان ایرانی
شورا یک تشکل مدافع حقوق مدنی و سیاسی شهروندان ایرانی است که با حضور و مشارکت سه نسل از وکلا و حقوقدانان ایرانی در داخل و خارج کشور، ماموریت اصلی خود را تدوین Iranian Bill of Rights تحت عنوان «پیمان ملی حقوق اساسی ایرانیان» و کمک به تدوین «نقشه‌راه گذار به دموکراسی در ایران»، بازبینی و تحلیل قوانین موجود و ارائه لیست کامل قوانین ضد حقوق بشر جهت لغو، و نیز تمهید مقدمات «عدالت انتقالی» تعریف کرده است.
Iranian Lawyers Council
(ILC)
The council defends the civil and political rights of Iranian citizens. With the participation of three generations of Iranian lawyers and jurists both inside and outside Iran, its primary mission is to draft an Iranian bill of rights, known as the National Iranian Covenant of Fundamental Rights, assist in drafting the Roadmap to Democracy in Iran, review and analyze existing laws, provide a complete list of laws that violate human rights for the purpose of annulment, and also lay the groundwork for implementation of justice in the transitional period.
مجموعه حقوقی وکیل‌الرعایا
وکیل‌الرعایا که حدود ۲۵ سال پیش، در قالب یک تیم از روزنامه‌نگاران حقوقی کارش را در مطبوعات ایران آغاز کرده بود، بعدها و همزمان با فعالیت‌های مدنی و رسانه‌ای، به عنوان یک مجموعه حقوقی و وکالتی در سال ۱۳۸۷ خورشیدی در ایران به ثبت رسیده است. این مجموعه اکنون با همکاری مستمر بیش از بیست وکیل دادگستری در سراسر ایران، وکالت در پرونده های قضایی را به صورت تخصصی، و فرهنگ حقوقی را با آموزش همگانی دنبال می کند.
Vakilroaya Legal Collection
Vakilroaya (People’s Lawyer), which started its work in the Iranian press around 1998 as a team of legal journalists, was later registered as a legal and advocacy group in 2008, concurrent with civil and media activities. Today the group, with the continuous cooperation of more than 20 lawyers throughout Iran, pursues advocacy in court cases in a specialized manner, and promotes legal culture with public education.

بنیانگذار و مدير موسسه حقوقی بین‌المللی پارسیلا، سعید دهقان وکیل، نویسنده و مدرس ایرانی حقوق بشر است. مهرانگیز کار، وکیل، نویسنده و فعال حقوق بشر یکی از اعضای هیات مدیره موسسه حقوقی بین‌المللی پارسیلا است. او همچنین به عنوان یکی از اعضای موسس «شورای وکلا و حقوقدانان ایرانی» با این مجموعه همکاری می‌کند.
سعید دهقان که در کانون وکلای ایران و اتحادیه بین‌المللی وکلا عضویت فعال دارد، در طول زندگی حرفه‌ای خود، تعهدش به عدالت را با پذیرش وکالت تعداد زیادی از کنشگران ایرانی، شهروندان دوتابعیتی و غیرایرانی در پرونده‌های سیاسی حساس در دادگاه‌های جمهوری اسلامی ایران نشان داده است. در پاسخ به فشارها و تشکیل پرونده‌های قضایی و تهدیدهای فزاینده مقامات امنیتی، او تصمیم دشواری گرفت تا به تورنتو، کانادا نقل مکان کند؛ جایی که اکنون به عنوان موسس و مدیر مجموعه حقوقی «پارسیلا»، به حمایت‌هایش از حقوق بشر در مقیاس بین‌المللی ادامه می‌دهد.

Mehrangiz Kar is a board member of Parsi Law international legal foundation. She also collaborates with our organization as a founding member of the Council of Iranian Lawyers and Jurists.
Saeid Dehghan holds active memberships in both the Iranian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. Throughout his career, he has exemplified his commitment to justice by representing a multitude of Iranian citizens, dual nationals, and non-Iranians in high-profile political cases within the courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
