Considering the multitude of issues and problems that the judicial practices of the Islamic Republic have imposed upon individuals across the globe, which have affected not only Iranians but also non-Iranians and those with dual nationality, Parsi Law’s multifaceted legal services are designed not only to help our clients, but also to strengthen human rights in Iran for the future. These services include providing consultation on human rights cases in Iran, delivering applied training courses in the legal defense of human rights, conducting joint legal and research collaborations, and assisting international organizations in the advancement of human rights in Iran.

مشاوره حقوقی به شهروندان ایرانی، هموطنانِ دیاسپورا و شهروندان خارجی که درگیر مشکلات حقوقی در نظام قضایی جمهوری اسلامی هستند و پیگیری مراحل قانونی آن در داخل کشور از طریق وکلای ایرانی.
پارسیلا با کمک ده وکیل ایرانی خارج از کشور در پنج قاره و همفکری و همکاری ده وکیل ایرانی داخل کشور، در کنار مشاوره حقوقی، پیگیری‌های قضایی پرونده‌های اشخاص در حوزه‌های تخصصی مختلف از جمله حقوق مدنی، حقوق جزایی، حقوق عمومی، حقوق خانواده، حقوق بشر، حقوق بین‌الملل و حقوق اقتصادی را انجام می‌دهد.
Individual Cases
Parsi Law provides legal consultation for cases involving Iranian citizens facing prosecution in Iran, as well as diaspora Iranians and non-Iranians who face legal problems within the Islamic Republic's judicial system. The law firm provides expertise and guidance on Iranian laws, legal practices and procedures in Iran, the country’s courts and judicial system, and the state offices and entities that are relevant to the judicial system.
With the expert assistance of 10 Iranian lawyers based internationally and the close cooperation of 10 lawyers inside Iran, Parsi Law provides initial consultations and will pursue judicial cases in areas including civil and criminal law, public rights, environmental rights, family rights, human rights, social and economic rights, and rights guaranteed under international treaties and covenants.

Non-Governmental Organizations
Parsi Law offers consultation, oversight, and specialized consultation with legal, research, and academic institutions worldwide, human rights organizations, and civil associations whose activities are directly or indirectly related to the rights of Iranians around the globe.
Parsi Law also provides expertise and maintains ongoing collaborations with foreign law firms as well as with Iranian lawyers in countries where cases have been opened against Iranians, or in those countries where plaintiffs are seeking to file lawsuits against the Islamic Republic or other persons or entities in the country.
دوره‌های آموزشی-کاربردی
برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی-کاربردی حقوق بشر به صورت حضوری (Workshop & Course) یا از طریق شبکه‌های اجتماعی برای کنشگران، دادخواهان، روزنامه‌نگاران و پژوهشگران داخل و خارج کشور.
پارسیلا در همفکری با نهادهای مدنی، با همراهی موسسات علمی و دانشگاهی و با همکاری وکلا و حقوقدانان ایرانی، محتوای مهارتی و تکنیکی مختلفی را در حوزه‌های مختلف حقوق بشر از جمله شیوه‌های تثبیت حق دفاع شهروندان، عبور از موانع وکالت درایران، تضمین دادرسی عادلانه، عدالت انتقالی و … تولید و منتشر می‌کند.
Training Courses
Parsi Law organizes in-person human rights training courses (workshops and classes) or via social networks for activists, justice-seekers, journalists, and researchers both inside and outside the country.
Parsi Law, in collaboration with civil society institutions and academic centers, and in cooperation with Iranian lawyers and legal experts, produces and publishes technical and skill-based content focused on human rights, including strategies to ensure citizens' right to defense, overcoming obstacles in the legal profession in Iran, ensuring a fair and transitional judicial process.
تدوین اسناد حقوقی
تدوین پیش‌نویس‌های حقوقی اعم از اسناد ملی مورد نیاز برای آینده ایران، طرح‌ها و لوایح حقوقی داخلی و بین‌المللی مورد نیاز برای حذف یا تعدیل یا تنقیح قوانین موجود و یا پیوستن به معاهدات بین‌المللی ضروری.
پارسیلا طی همکاری‌های مستمر با آن دسته از مراکز و نهادهای مدنی و تخصصی که در حال طراحی نقشه راه آینده ایران هستند مانند «شبکه گذار»، «شبکه ایرانیان دیاسپورا» و «شورای وکلا و حقوقدانان ایرانی»، در حال کمک به تدوین اسناد حقوقی مورد نیاز برای ایرانِ آزاد و مدنی است.
Drafting National-Legal Documents
In order to lay the groundwork for a future, free Iran where universal human rights principles are respected and the rule of law upheld, Parsi Law is drafting a broad range of legal blueprints, including: national strategies for a future, free Iran; legislation needed to remove, amend, and reform existing laws in Iran; and plans to support Iran’s membership in and adherence to international human rights treaties.
The law firm also provides detailed input and guidance in ongoing collaborations with specialized civil society institutions that are drafting a roadmap for the future of a free Iran, such as the Gozar Network, the Iranian Diaspora Network, and the Council of Iranian Lawyers and Jurists.

پارسیلا با احترام به حقیقت و در ادامه مسیر حقوقی و جنبش‌های مدنی-سیاسی مردم ایران، خود را متعهد می‌داند که در تعامل با سازمان‌های مدنی و حقوق بشری و همکاری مستمر با سازمان ملل و بدنه آن مانند شورای حقوق بشر و کمیته حقیقت‌یاب، مقرارت حقوقی و رویه قضایی در جمهوری اسلامی را ترجمه و تحلیل کند.
Global Engagement
Parsi Law offers consultation, research, and collaboration with centers, institutions, and specialized civic, academic, and international entities for the translation, interpretation, and analysis of legal texts related to Iranian laws and regulations.
In furtherance of the Iranian people’s legal, civil, and political movements to realize their fundamental rights, Parsi Law commits itself to interacting with civil and human rights organizations and maintaining close cooperation with the United Nations and its bodies (such as the Human Rights Council and its Independent International Fact-Finding Mission on Iran), in order to provide information, translations, guidance, and analysis of legal procedures and judicial practices in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
